Weight Loss Day 13

Well, I have decided not to keep blowing up Facebook with crazy posts about my weight loss, toning, exercising, healthier lifestyle information any longer.  I was time to simply go to blogging so that I can rant all I want and only those that are interested can follow and read and those that are not don't have to jack with it.

I started this journey (well, this version of this journey) 2 weeks ago, on May 26th! My goal for this time is to shrink my "Muffin Top" which is the roll of fat that sits on top of my pants that MUST go!  I want to tone the rest of my body and maybe even add just a little color to soften me up.  I need to focus on healthy eating in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle so I can live many more years to torment my husband and daughter.
